The undeniable progress of societies has always precluded entrepreneurial spirit. Combined with freedom, this spirit could produce advancements for the community, not only for the small inventive company. - This could and should occur instead of the predestined, predictable and presumptuous goals of the sometimes cancerous administration built on faceless bureaucratic foundations. In microbial Nature, or the microcosm, such power politics with "the fitness of the strongest" idea quickly leads to dysbiosis. This means the domination of some strains or species, leading to desertification. Freedom and versatility, as an alternative, represent better views.

Furthermore, using pretended legality as a pretext for exercising power is combusting morality and obedience to the existing law. This, in turn, pollutes the atmosphere and deprives the liberties of the mind, which otherwise would be the prerequisite for progress.

As an example of changing technologies, pressurized Hydrogen gas can be packed into bottles or containers for a balloon ride. In contrast, insufficient wood could be loaded into a flying vehicle or a balloon basket for energy generation by combustion. This illustrates the importance of process development for industrial success. Correspondingly, 97% of global crude oil was told to be burnt for energy some years ago. Only 3% of the oil hydrocarbons were used as raw materials for polymers, plastics, chemicals etc. Nevertheless, it is remarkable that the financial result of these two fractions of world oil production was 50:50. Not incinerating the 3% of oil (or other hydrocarbon) stocks could also make it possible to circulate Carbon in the industrial ecosystems.

Most strikingly, microbes and their enzymatic power can produce similar economic and social benefits if used extensively to boost new industries, traffic, agriculture and other essential functions of our communities. Looking forwards to the era of biobased industries with effective recycling and beneficial environmental output is giving hope for us all. - Economic or political life can be or become corrupted if we are not watching out and safeguarding the achievements reached out already. The future avenues for development should be bravely chosen, not blocked or obstructed. Correspondingly, the wild horse roundup in Yukon and reindeer roundup in Lapland are carried out by small aeroplanes or quad bikes (and motor sleighs), respectively. Any old-time method would be too consuming.

Finland's national economy has long been based on the "green gold" of forests and wood industries. Countless truckloads have been transported as huge floating rifts on many of the 188 000 lakes or along the rivers in Finland for decades and the past century or two. Then the forces of gravitation and streaming water could be used for moving the wood trunks in this raw material collection or "roundup" for industries. Nowadays, the majority of that transportation takes place on roads and railways. - Nevertheless, living close to Nature and the forests and lakes has implemented and left a track on Finnish culture. In the Nordic climate, especially in Wintertime, this close relationship or proximity with hardships has been highly demanding. It has been physically straining for the loggers, who cut the wood, and those transporting it to sawmills or factories.

In the old time, timber jacks were cutting the trees in all weathers when thermometers sometimes showed minus 40 Celsius degrees; their physical work warranted calory loads of 13000 kCal in the daily diets. This much chemical energy was obtainable only in the form of animal fat. Later on, the corresponding diet shortly after retirement was causing severe cardiovascular problems to many of these men with heavy physical work history.

On the other hand, Summer's midnight sun produces significant amounts of healthy vitamins, flavonoids and other antioxidants in the plants and food derived from that place. Also, trees and other plants have contributed to healthy living in many ways and will further give novel ideas for staying alive and living healthily in the North. During the nightless nights, countless logs have been bound together and floated for the production of paper and pulp and derivatives. Health, package and energy products deriving from wood and forests are currently in the scope. Moreover, various biobased and health-promoting goods are developed and marketed. The growth of trees is a prerequisite to constitute a forest. Therefore, it is imperative to lessen pollution and misuse of land or the woods. That also depends on soil and its microbes which circulate nutrients in the ecosystems.

My company Finnoflag Oy has tested microbial biotechnology applications in several industrial projects with other organizations. For example, the European Union Baltic Sea Region  ABOWE biorefinery project in 2012-14 focused on the side streams of forest industries, food, and agriculture residues. The project's lead partner was the Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Kuopio, Finland, and our long-lasting cooperation fruited as ground-breaking technical solutions and a pilot project. Modern biobased production was showing the way for sophisticated items to our table and healthcare or chemical industries with the aid of micro-organisms. Finnoflag Oy was the key technology provider in the ABOWE project. Together with other experts from Germany, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania and Estonia, we showed the way for future ecological industries. I did not forget the biohydrogen concept I presented in the Nordic Chambers of Commerce in California webinar two years ago ("Green Connections 2021").

However, those old-time people of the North had been used to a high protein, high-fat diet from their early childhood. This adaptation also includes their intestinal microflora. Therefore, keeping up with the balances, such as the BIB (Bacteriological Intestinal Balance), would be of utmost importance, although the energy content of food has decreased in urban societies (Hakalehto 2012, 2020).

At the same time, from the health perspective, it should be emphasized that the microbes' circulation of substances in the ecosystems is vital for our industries and societies. In Tampere, Finland, an international team successfully tested the century-old lake bottom deposit of cellulosic side streams as new material for clean food ingredients, medical excipients, biochemicals, renewable energies and organic soil improvement. Let's look at the skies with the hydrogenic balloons of the endeavours searching and reaching for new continents and contingencies for a better life and security. To get there, we must look both high up and down to earth, as in the expedition in the Jules Verne book "Around the World in Eighty Days" ("Le tour du monde en quatre-vingts jours", 1872). If freedom and entrepreneurship remain, it is possible to fly far.

We all know that any administration or human organization can choose open or hidden oppression to exercise power and control over individuals. Therefore, we are highly responsible as human beings and societies for our thoughts, words and acts. Many risks emerge as this is not acknowledged.

Unfortunately, lawfulness is often replaced by the rights of the mightiest to get the smaller or less aggressive parties overrun. Using AI (Artificial Intelligence) in a broader sense and the wrong context can become, instead of a dynamo of new ideas, sheer plagiarism where truly new ideas become legal catches for more prominent organizations or networks - or blatant and grievous egos. On the other hand, any genuine free thinking becomes mismatched with absurd contemplations and micromanaged social or commercial life. Then our resulting sensing of realities gets interfered with, and so do our values.

In business negotiations, demand for proof of concept or evidenced applicability of any ideas, models or methods becomes increasingly disastrous for small entities. In the name of free will, competition, or fair procurement, the small players are deliberately oppressed and deprived of their innovation milieu by time or location to reveal their thinking and seemingly empty their think tanks to the mouths of miscellaneous sharks without bringing any benefits for anybody or any system at all. And the SMEs (small or medium-sized enterprises) can not afford to wait to see their ideas or concepts get distracted or distorted, or robbed of their essence or actual legal ownership by using false premises.

In the name of "justice", injustice gets quickly evolved. Innovation politics of pacifying an aggravated company through negotiation could enable immoral "technology transfer". As a result of this "free" competition (often combined with one-sided media or internet coverage), the actual creativity level of countries or corporations is sinking. Consequently, if lesser amounts of genuine, fair or novel ideas get produced in society, it becomes increasingly stagnant and less boosted regardless of any "governmental innovation policies" or "public support" for the spearhead SME or technology companies. The maleficent tendency cannot be compensated by misleading propagandist news, documents, rumours, or camouflaged mental criminalism as vehicles of fabricated progress or lacking sophistication. In our era of complex societies, we cannot bargain for the actual betterment of our communities or business ecosystems.

Therefore, we must remember that AI solutions' probabilities are not necessarily those of actual developments. No cake can be made tastier by adding decoration to it. For instance, if an incidence with a 44% chance of becoming the mainstream thinking in anyways is combined with an idea of 25% likelihood of being the red thread of future progress, instead of the alternative 0.007% and 0.5%, respectively, the former may seem more conceivable by most in the beginning, or at first sight. But the brightness of new ideas, with just 11% common aberration of the general "fat" thinking, is most likely fairly flattening for the development of society. On the contrary, the latter case, with 0.0035% similarities with prevailithoughting, could be considered more promisingly creative.

Suppose society emphasizes general or junk thinking in today's swiftly changing surroundings. In that case, it suppresses and covers the rare alleys to treasures under massive money-managed mainstream, which rarely imposes anything good. Bur merely forces the blunt copies to be called innovations or competitive new approaches; this leads to monotonous future sceneries. It is then, in the worst case, the scorched earth or barren landscape that awaits us anywhere on this globe in the worst case. - How could we lift our balloon higher above the extravagant and flamboyant tides of these times? This could be the key to salvaging the society developed by the offspring of tloggerscks of the North or the shepherds of the Southern steppes.

Why were the forefathers in their agrarian communities happier? Instead of the future of "harmonization" or "equality" in a culture where some players "are more equal than the others", we could nourish egalitarian, yet individual, rights of free thinking and communication alongside the ethical lanes tested by time and past generations. Then we could exchange and jointly develop intellectual and concrete riches in a just framework, replacing forged jewels, counterfeit artistic beauties, or torrential eruptions of misled general thinking with absolute gems of unsuppressed progress. This kind of development is natural in healthy soil, which agriculturally produces healthy food. And human health is the presumed consequence of it all, as understood by the local potentials of culture and environment. Our body system is meant to be healthy, as are people's minds intended to be free and happy. And there is never too much real happiness to be passed on.

The strength of any society, including the microbial community in soil, or the global human ecosystem, to survive or flourish is based on its proper freedom level of expression, movable resources, objectiveness, lawfulness, and truthful distribution of information. Any attempt to oppress or put down these attributes or those who represent them or are torch carriers of those values may often be misleadingly called "leadership" or "democracy", but on the falsified ground, this manipulation has led most often to monoculture or dysbiosis - or dystopia at worst. Any new idea, in turn, looks wild initially, but as the fruits of intellectual freedom and the ethical flow of fairness matured, there is no doubt of the fertility of this forest or soil.
